A completed Drop Request Form is required to withdraw from any Spark Athletics class. Drop requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the desired withdrawal date. Tuition will continue to be charged during the 14-day notice period. All charges will be prorated, when applicable, to reflect the required notice period. Verbal notifications, text messages, or conversations with coaches do not constitute an official withdrawal request. Enrollment will remain active and tuition will continue to be billed until this form is submitted and processed.
