Join us for Parents’ Night Out, a fun-filled evening where kids can play, tumble, make friends, and enjoy exciting themed activities while parents enjoy a well-deserved break.

Held on the second Friday each month, every Parents’ Night Out features a fun theme, keeping the event fresh and exciting all year long. Whether it’s a glow party, ninja challenge, superhero adventure, or something completely new, your child is guaranteed to have an unforgettable evening.

• 2nd Friday of each month
• 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• $40 per child
• Ages 4-12
• Spark Athletics: 1920 Mt. Diablo Blvd.

Drop the kids off and enjoy a date night, dinner with friends, a movie, or simply a few hours to yourself while they stay active in a safe, supervised, and high-energy environment.

The evening includes games, obstacle courses, tumbling, themed activities, music, and plenty of fun with our amazing Spark coaches. Dinner is on us – pizza is included – and to wind down the night, we’ll enjoy a G or PG rated movie together.
