Preschool Classes

Tumble Tots Pre-K

(Ages 2-3) – Parent Participation
A playful first tumbling experience with a parent on the floor for support, comfort, and guidance.
Athletes will work on:
• forward rolls
• balancing and climbing
• jumping and safe landings
• beginning strength and body control

Pre-K Tumbling

(Ages 4-5)
An independent, beginner tumbling class that builds confidence, coordination, and listening skills.
Athletes will work on:
• forward rolls and beginning backward rolls
• cartwheel introduction
• handstand shapes
• balance, strength, jumping, and safe body control

Cheer Classes

Cheer & Tumbling

TK–1st Grade
A fun cheer foundations class teaching motions, jumps, tumbling, and introductory stunts. Perfect for beginners building body control, confidence, and teamwork.

Voltage
Cheer & Tumbling

2nd–5th Grade
Build strong cheer basics while working on cleaner motions, sharper jumps, and beginner to intermediate stunts. Perfect for athletes ready to strengthen their skills, boost confidence, and thrive in a fun, team-focused setting.

Lightning
Cheer & Tumbling

5th–8th Grade
A fun yet focused training class for athletes developing performance skills, tight motions, higher jumps, tumbling progression, plus age-appropriate stunt work.

Tumbling Classes

Novice Tumbling

Best for beginners learning:
• Forward and backward rolls
• Cartwheels
• Handstands
• Bridges
Focuses on confidence, coordination, and building a strong tumbling foundation in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Intermediate Tumbling

Best for athletes who can confidently cartwheel and handstand and are ready to learn:
• Roundoffs
• Back walkovers
• Front walkovers
• Stronger shapes, control, and power
This class bridges fundamentals into bigger tumbling skills through structured drills and progressive training.

Advanced Tumbling

Best for athletes with solid roundoffs and walkovers, ready to work on:
• Back handsprings
• Connected handsprings
• Tucks and power tumbling
• Strong technique and body control
A fast-paced class focused on advancing tumbling skills with power, confidence, and precision.
